Biography
Catherine Clemons joined Kerrick Bachert, PSC, in 2026. Her practice primarily focuses in civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, business and commercial litigation, and premises liability. Additionally, Catherine has experience in business and corporate matters, including employment law issues.
Catherine attended Western Kentucky University where she studied Economics and Agriculture. During her time on the Hill, Catherine served as a WKU Spirit Master and as an executive board member of her sorority. After graduating summa cum laude from WKU in 2015, Catherine attended the University of Kentucky College of Law where she served as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and as an Articles Editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law. She graduated from the UK College of Law in 2018.
Since her graduation from law school, Catherine has worked in both the private and public sector, including several years at the Hardin County Attorney’s Office, where she received extensive courtroom experience, including both jury and bench trials. Additionally, in this role, Catherine has had the opportunity to work on personalized matters like guardianship proceedings and broader scale issues pertaining to county planning and zoning.
Catherine was born and raised in Allen County before relocating to Grayson County where she currently lives with her husband and two boys.
