Our attorneys work closely with university presidents, general counsel, and members of senior leadership and administration to advise on a variety of federal and state laws, including Open Meetings and Open Records, Model Procurement issues, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Age and Discrimination in Employment Act, First Amendment, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Kentucky Civil Rights Act.
